Just a quick note from an "outsider" - DD had an AWESOME time at AFA SS. Felt great about the cadets and her fellow attendees, loves the location (of course) and is stoked about the whole experience.

We loved the parents briefing, too!
 
My DD, a firstie at USAFA, was cadre over the two summer seminar sessions this year.
So, I hope she contributed to your DD's awesome experience.

PS. We would be happy to welcome a Navy brat into the AF fold ;)
 
Well, I guess we could have some interesting sibling rivalry if she goes to USAFA, especially during the AF vs. Navy games.
Best of luck to her, whichever path she chooses.

I hope she has a choice to make. Her brother said it was either USNA or civilian college - didn't apply to any other SA or consider ROTC.

DD will apply to all 4 SA as well as ROTC and military schools (Citadel, VMI) ...

I told her not to expect anything (the math is against every kid who applies), but she's going to go all in.
