Does anyone know anything about the Naval Academy STEM Program?
Sounds like a prefect fit for my younger daughter.

Today was the first I'd seen it...our daughter applied this afternoon!

Think it's fairly new. We sponsor two sisters at USNA whose younger sister ('17!) emailed them she'd gotten into STEM, and the two current mids hadn't heard of it.
Will be interesting to hear comments here.

Thanks for posting about this interesting program. I know of a few kids that are up-coming high school juniors who might very well be interested in this program.

It's only for kids going into 7th, 8th and 9th grades.

Okay, now we're getting somewhere. So STEM is for middle school students and high school freshmen. Does anyone know more specific info on this program? Thanks in advance.

Our uprising 8th grader applied. Her older brother will be a NASS squad leader, so it'd be great to have two of ours on the yard at the same time. Anxious to hear if anyone knows someone who gets in...keep us posted!

My next is still a few years away so I would be very interested to hear more about the program once someone goes through it! If it is as good as it looks, I sure hope it sticks around! :thumb:
