Navy Chief Warrant Officer Alleged “Peeping Tom”

I've picked up quite a few Navy phrases so far this year. "****bag" comes to mind in this case.
 
It would happen less often, perhaps, if these monsters faced stiff prison terms.

For any concerned parents reading this, it is NOT the norm. The few bad apples with juicy stories will make it into the news, while the hundreds of thousands of respectful and pleasant working relationships in the military will not.

This surveillance stuff happens on escalators, women’s restrooms, and elsewhere any perverts can get away with putting in a surveillance device. Or just google “upskirting,” and prepare to be disgusted. Enough on this now!
