In the Direct Deposit of Net Pay Enrollment, it asks for Company name and my account number. How am I supposed to fill these in? Should I open an account prior to filling out these forms? Or should I leave these parts blank, and fill them in on I-Day?
 
Fill out US Navy in company name and don't list an account number. Many of the forms they need done in advance but we'll be adding more to them when we get there.

If I remember correctly the direct deposit info needed to be sent in prior to I Day, but I definitely could be wrong. I did not fill any of the forms, my DD did.

I would recommend you fill it in now. I believe company name is referring to bank name. My DD opened a USAA acct and listed that account instead of her local bank account. I would also recommend Navy Fed instead of USAA for plebe year. Both are great banks and she has accounts at both now. Navy Fed is on the Yard. Having an account with USAA posed some challenges plebe year since branches were not open at times when she could leave the yard (after 12:00 on Sat).
 
My Plebe said he contacted the NFCU rep via email. She said just to sign the direct deposit form, email it back and they will fill in the account number. He received his debit card and his online access about 2-3 days later and now can see his account number when he logs into online banking.
