Has anyone been in the Navy Nurse Corps? If so, how is it? Do you like it better than a regular hospital setting?
 
I was in the Navy Nurse Corp from 1991 - 1998. Stationed at Portsmouth Naval Hospital, VA and Philadelphia Shipyard. Its was very similar to working in a civilian hospital in some ways. I really loved it and I got to see and do a lot of things I wouldn't have otherwise had the chance to. che527, PM me if you have any specific questions.
