Navy Nurse ROTC & waivers

I have a daughter who is a sophomore in HS, wants to be a nurse, wants to explore Navy Nurse Corps/NROTC options. Her challenges? History of asthma, in remission since passing through puberty. Will that kill her chances totally, or would she have a chance at a waiver?
