Anyone have a good program for Navy SEAL workouts?

Disclaimer: I am not trying to be a Navy SEAL, I was just wondering what their physical demands are and wanted to see if I could handle them.

Not Navy SEAL but my son's personal favorite is this one which will whip your butt as well....

In all honesty, you won't truly know the physical demands/know if you can handle it unless you went to BUD/s and experienced it firsthand.
 
Why? If you were serious about becoming a Team guy I would suggest Stew Smith's 12 weeks to BUD/s or the NSW PT guide. If you're talking about standards (run time, pushups, situps, pullups, swim time) I can sure you that any team guy is more than capable of destroying the minimum standards.
 
You can got to the SEAls official website (search seal swcc) They have a Naval Special Warfare training guide, it is designed to prepare SEAL candidates for BUDs. Its a pretty cool website too.
