You may know this but Facebook "Army Navy Game ticket exchange" group exists as well as all the face book parent,company,and class year USNA groups. My hunch is you will get pm'd here but you can try those sites as well. They are somewhat vetted sites. It used to be tickets would mostly go for face value so no one makes or loses money, but this year has seen a decided rise in mark ups of the value. Be that as it may, tickets go fast in these groups, almost always to parents or alumni. It is a much bigger audience than here.
