I was just wondering some things about the AROTC Program at NC State, as I haven't been able to find much about it online. I am currently a freshman at Virginia Tech on 4 year AROTC scholarship, and am considering transferring to NC State next year. If anyone has any info/advice/ experiences to share, that would be much appreciated! Here are the questions I have:
How large is the program? (no. of cadets, cadre, how good is funding, etc.)
How is it quality wise? Coming from an SMC, I am honestly unsure what "normal" ROTC programs are like.
If anyone has any statistics about success rate/branch choice likelihood/active duty commission rate, that would be helpful as well.
