For DD reporting on R-Day, should she bring her required gear for her sport? Or is this a question to ask her coach? And will the luggage costs be reimbursed with their airline tickets?
If she or he is recruited for a team there is a team party/reception/BBQ the day before R-Day. The kids bring their equipment to that reception and it is stored for them.
I cannot tell you about the luggage reimbursement.
