Ok so here is the deal, My son is a very qualified applicant to the academy and is in need of a waiver. The reason for waiver is, he does not have a left hand. Last summer his buddies and him were fooling around with a mower and unfortunatley he lost his hand. He has been dreaming of the academy since birth and he seems more than qualified.
