Need USAA access to LIVE agent

The "contact us" function only works if you log in ... which my CC is currently unable to do. Boo.

Maybe a good idea to try calling at a weird hour. Thanks.
So much that should be easy, is still difficult, during/since Covid. I still run into strangely and oddly difficult challenges. I wonder if we will ever get back to pre-Covid operations?? I kind of doubt it.

Things I have tried in general (not specific to USAA):

1. Keep saying "agent" at every prompt
2. Be garbled or super-long when the auto prompt asks for what you need
3. Select the option for "card stolen" or something similar that sounds bad / ominous. I hate doing it but that typically gets you to a live person.
 
GOOD NEWS!! Thanks to the help of a West Point Moms Facebook group member, we were able to get this resolved. She spoke with her USAA agent and determined my DS probably needed to verify his identify, which is done by going to USAA.com/verify. He went there, completed the requested tasks, received the promised follow up call from USAA this afternoon, and he's now able to access his account online.

In the meantime we also realized the value of having an additional non-military-based bank account and got that set up as well.
