Nerd Scholar's Best ROTC Programs
University of Tennessee, Chattanooga – Best Cultural Component

  • Santa Clara University – Most Devoted
  • The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina – Most Immersive
  • Tennessee Tech University – Best Mentorship
  • Michigan State University – Best Camaraderie
  • College of William & Mary – Richest History
  • The University of North Georgia – Most Army ROTC Focused
  • Wheaton College – Most Spiritual
The link has descriptions for why each school was chosen. Although these schools were chosen, I know they are exemplary of all the AROTC Programs!

That's a neat article. My son really likes the fact that UNG is only Army. We have scheduled a tour for early June and are really excited. He is just a sophomore, but is pretty confident that UNG is in his future. :thumb:

Try to get your son there for NLC (National Leadership Challenge), or for an overnight in the barracks during the school year. I'm sure going in June will be informative, but you won't really get to see any cadets.

Thanks Payitforward. We are going in June because that is when my husband has a chance to go, he won't be able to go during the schoolyear. DS will attend NLC in November. We're hoping to meet the soccer coach as well.
