Netfocus is difficult to access on any computer. My daughter's old computer ran it until ios updated last night. Now we cannot access it at all. Is there some magic or something that an insider knows that is a workaround?
Netfocus is built for Internet Explorer and Windows 10, so the issue might be your browser. Maybe try downloading Google Chrome or Firefox and going to Netfocus from there.

What app and version are you using to access NetFocus? Chrome, internet explorer, firefox? If one is not working, try another. When we had problems that did the trick.

Thanks. I work with Chrome and have Windows 10 and got error messages as did IE. Our older computers used to be able to access without errors. My husband's Firefox got the error message too. Trying Edge next--who knows.
