I applied for a waiver appeal after I was denied a first time around. I did this because I do not believe the documents requested painted a full picture of my medical case and because some issues I was disqualified for are non-existent (A food allergy I was confirmed negative for is still listed). 9 months ago I applied for the waiver appeal, and my status went form "Waiver Denied" to "Under Waiver Review". I would check weekly, until recently my status went back to "Waiver Denied". I did not receive a memo, email, or letter, and it looks like nothing was updated beyond the waiver status. When I try to contact my POC, I do not get a reply. I double checked I was using the correct method of correspondence.
Is there a way to find out if I should receive a memo? Is there an alternate method of contacting since my POC is unreachable?
