New Account Needed?

I am currently trying to log into my account on the USCGA website to get my application done over winter break but the system is not recognizing my email address or password. Does the academy delete accounts after every year?

I believe the system was new this year. I doubt they rolled over data from the old system.

From the application homepage: If you don't already have an ApplyWeb account, you'll need to create one using the "Create Your Account" link above before you can access our application. This account is different than the USCGA profile you may have previously created to schedule a campus visit or request information from our website.
