New Army Physical Fitness Test To Incorporate Yoga Event

OMG!

No way was my 1st thought.

Second thought was I would love to see the CFA/PFA testing guidelines regarding position, and find me the coach or PE teacher that knows how to administer it properly.

OBTW, find me the cadets that are running PT who took Yoga and know downward facing dog.

LMAO!:shake::shake::shake::shake::shake:

Long gone are the days where I could either do pushups or that yoga stance. But I am still great using a remote control!

I have to say, can you imagine the tax payer dollars to train the ROTC instructors and cadets? OMG...:eek:

I can't tell if I'm getting punked, it was posted on the internet so it must be true. I have my doubts.

I can still work the remote pretty well too, NorwichDad. And thank goodness, because my instructions to my son are, "When I can no longer work the remote, turn the machines off." :wink:

Had me there for a minute. But now that you mention it, why not add a headstand to the APFT?...and a few "oms" as well
