New 'Dant at USNA-Feb. 2017

Media, including social media, is starting to report there will be a new 'Dant at USNA. He is a graduate of the Class of 1991 and is from a Navy family-his father was also USNA.
Will he take over on June 1st or when? The media news reports I have seen do not mention when he starts or where the current 'Dant is going next....... http://www.eyeonannapolis.net/2017/02/usna-announces-new-commandant-of-midshipmen/

There is already a thread started for this topic. Won't know where current Dant is going until the 1-star board is released. More than likely, it depends on that or he retires. Usually they take over right after commissioning week.
