New Dodmerb website?

My DD received an email that she had an announcement at the Dodmerb webpage. The link sent her to a new site and her login, or what she thought was her login wouldn’t work. She emailed for some help but hasn’t heard anything yet. Last time she looked her Dodmerb said case closed assuming all was well. Anyone else have this?
 
Same thing here, my DD tried to sign on last night but her login did not work. She also emailed them and she is waiting for a reply.
 
It may be that the previous password expired. When this occurs, there is a new landing page prompting them to submit a new password that satisfies the rules (capital, numbers, etc). If they didn't read it thoroughly, they may have locked themselves out and need to reset it by contacting DODMERB.
