New Jersey Class of 22' Plebes and Parents

USNA Parent's Club of New Jersey (one of the largest) will be hosting their welcome aboard picnic for the Class of 2022 Plebes on Sunday, June 3rd. All NJ Parents of Plebes or Mids are welcome. There are usually a few current Mids around to answer questions which seems to steady the nerves as I-day approaches.

This is a great parents org that hosts a very large tailgate at all the home games, feeding somewhere between 6-800 MIDS every game.

They also arrange round trip transportation home for Thanksgiving so you don't have to make two trips down there.

The NJ USNA Parents club is a great organization and as a alumni, parent of an alumni and a BGO, I strongly recommend joining.
 
Just an FYI, there is also a West Point Parents Club of NJ that is quite active. We are hosting the Cadet Candidate luncheon on May 6th. It's a great way to meet other parents who are traveling the same path. We will also be hosting a picnic during the summer and a tailgate in the fall. And more as the year progresses.
 
CT has a Capitol Meeting and I would suggest all to attend. DD was wearing her Whites and spoke to all going to USNA. Answered all questions and met with them in private to answer any questions. Parent's Club is a great bunch of people. Then the Summer Picnic was always great. They don't all go USMC but that was her choice. BGO yelled OORAH when she was introduced. Many of us laughed.
