New NETFOCUS site?

Does anybody know what the deal is with the Application Status page? All I can find is this:

*** NOTICE TO SCHOLARSHIP APPLICANTS ***

On Friday, Nov 15, 2013 all existing scholarship applicants are required to RE-register and RE-authenticate though a new screen called NETFOCUS Gateway. Simply follow the instructions provided. When the new registration process is complete you may resume work on your application.

Your posting this, prompted us to check my son's application status page.
He has not been able to access the website, at all. The page won't load.
We are guessing that this has something to do with the status you posted.

Scholarship Selection/Placement Status page (SSN & DOB) is working now. Maybe they are finally updating it after the shutdown?

I just checked my daughter's NROTC Scholarship status and it's reporting normal. It has been this way for about 2 weeks now (she interviewed on 10/1 - the last piece to her application). We are patiently optimistic and checking this forum often for additional info/news!

No decision has been made on your application.

Does anyone know where the PIN on the new Netfocus page comes from? Is it already created somewhere or does the student just make one up?

I re-registered (took like 30 seconds). You make up your own pin number I believe, because that's what I did and it didn't reject it xD
