New Strategic Plan is finally out.

It is indeed out and I was very pleased to see that the final published version incorporated several key improvements and suggestions over the draft released for comment - most notably performance/progress measures. It also now does a much better job than the draft did of creating a basis for a set on contributions that USMMA can and should UNIQUELY make to the nation. This plan along with Dr. Helis' remarks upon taking command are a real good start at looking and moving forward, IMO. I am as pleased and optimistic as I have been in a long time. :thumb:
