Hi- my son received a 4 year ROTC scholarship for the Marines. He was told he needed a waiver for his eyes, and additional information about a tongue surgery when he was 1 & 23 months old. (That did not require a waiver.). He submitted information.
Now, his eyes are waived, but the other needs a waiver. Is this common? How does he proceed? He passed his combat fitness test and his PFT and was ready to be sworn in to his scholarship next week. Which means- his tuition would be paid, stipend, books, etc…. How do I help him?
