I'm pleased to announce that we will continue a program we began last year to help Preps succeed in our regular Math, Chemistry, and Physics college courses.

As of this writing, we are inviting all sponsored preps from the USAFA Falcon Foundation, USMA Association of Graduates, USNA Foundation, and USMMA to come to NMMI on 1 AUG 13 for an intense, five-day, high school math refresher program. This course is run by the NMMI Math Dept (taught by NMMI college math instructors) with input from our Science Dept.

This will again be a "no additional cost" program for sponsored preps. I am still working on what it will cost self preps/free agents and how many we will have room for.

Note the 1 AUG arrival date, and the schedule for the program we call "Fast Track"
 
USMMA

I received notification from my admissions officer about recommending me for NMMI to the admissions board. Do you know what the chances are of me getting the appointment. How do they choose who goes to NMMI?

And if I don't get the sponsored prep appointment, is it too late to apply as a self prep?
 
Thanks for the info...I was referring to the USMMA. Do you know how they decided who gets a sponsored prep appointment.
 
The selections are made by the Admissions Office based on board scores, geographic location, and "other" factors.

I know that's not real helpful but it's the best answer I can give.
