How often do candidates not get invited to interviews with for their nominations. Our nomination interview is on the 7th, and I have not received any information regarding an interview. When my liaison interviewed me for West Point(also head of the nominations panel) , he said I was guaranteed a nomination. Should I be worried, other applicants in my district have gotten their interview times.

Guaranteed you a nom?! That’s interesting. Have you called your MOCs to inquire about interviews? My DS was notified about a week prior to interviews, and you’re about two weeks out, so maybe don’t sweat it?

I would be prudent about mentioning “guaranteed a nom” if others have not even had interviews yet. Doesn’t smell good - unless there were very few applicants and more noms available than applicants. That’s just how it appears from what you wrote; I may have completely misunderstood.
