@Chebacca It's straightforward. There is a file that holds all your personnel records and in it is your ACT score. This file exists for your entire military service and probably beyond.

I'm pretty familiar with my military personnel file and it does NOT have my SAT scores or for that matter, my high school grades in it. My USNA Admission file and USNA records do have that information but those remain in the USNA archives (held at Nimitz Library) and are not part of my military personnel or service record. I did not take the ACT but ACT scores are handled the same as the SAT scores.
