NOLS Scholarship for ROTC?

Hi all,

Looking ahead at my summer, NOLS is always something that I have had my eye on. I know that NOLS offers programs that are restricted to USNA/ROTC mids. Have any ROTC mids done this? I specifically am wondering about scholarships. I believe that USNA pays for their mids to go, so I am wondering if the same is true for ROTC mids. Please help if you have any information! Thank you!

As far as I know, unless something has changed recently, USNA does not pay for their midshipmen to participate in NOLS, though it is an approved elective option.

All the mids from our USNA mid sponsor family who participated ponied up the fees.
