It depends on what kind of nomination you have. If it is a principal nomination and you are 3Q then most likely in the next few weeks. However, if it is a competitive or alternate nomination then it could be a very long wait, possibly until April. There are exceptions for waitlisted candidates that are notified up until a few days before I-day.
