I had both senatorial nominations today and in my opinion, the hardest question asked was "Tell me about yourself". Each board asked me if I had any questions at the end of my interview so I asked "What could I have improved on to make this interview better?" and after answering, both boards said that a common mistake they saw in interviewees was being audible, body language/posture, and confidence. Thought this might help some other CC’s. Also, my FFR was sitting on a board (what a coincidence) and he had access to nearly all aspects of my West Point file.
