Nomination question

If you get rejected on your first application to USAFA and you go to college at another state and plan to re apply, do you have to apply for a nomination in the current place that you are at or can you apply to where you applied previously in your first application?

For representative and senator nominations, it will be based on where you are a legal resident. The location shown on your drivers license or where you are registered to vote for example.
 
Going to school in a different state doesn't change your "home" address. Staying in a different state after completing school/training would change your "home" address.
