I am currently a Candidate for class of 2021, and I recieved my MOC nomination this morning!

My question is, is there a way of knowing what you were ranked on the MOC's "list?"

For example, some people know that they are the principal nominee. How do they know?

The principal nominee would have received a phone call and, usually, a letter. That being said, each rep and congressman has the choice of determining how they choose their nominees - meaning some may not even declare a "principal" or "runner up"

If you did not receive a call or a letter, chances are you will not be able to find out your ranking, if there even was one.

P.S. Don't worry about your ranking with the congressional nomination. It does not necessarily correlate to your chances of being accepted to an academy. One guy in my state got a principal nomination for the Naval Academy, and yet still didn't get in.
