I had my congressional interview last Saturday, and my portals for USMA and USAFA states that I have a received a nomination for my district. Is it possible that I have also received a nomination to USNA and that it is still processing through the admissions team?

Nominations tend to take awhile to show up on USNA portal.

It is possible. You might call your MOC's coordinator. If the information is public, he/she probably will tell you whether you received one.

My DS son received one to USMA and one to USNA. The one to USNA took about a week longer to post to his portal.
