Nominee Reception

I've been invited to a reception for my MOC's nominee's. Has anyone been to one, and if so, can you explain what it's like? Thanks in advance.

Mine was just a small gathering with some small refreshments.

I met my MOC (super nice guy) talked to my FFR and took some nice pictures.

Then I got a 8oz burger after from some hole-in-the-wall joint off the highway. So. ****ing. Good.

Some MOC's have larger receptions tho, so it can vary.
