Non-Rebuttal Code?

Hello
Today I logged on to check my DODMERB status and this is what it said


Current Medical Status: Remedial Status/Post Waiver Review

R250.40 - Pending waiver review by USAFA
D241.30 - Asthma/reactive airway disease/exercise induced bronchospasm after age 13
D252.10 - Non-rebuttal code

what does this mean?
have I lost my chance at being medically qualified.

The non-rebuttal code means that DoDMERB has enough information concerning the disqualification that they will not remove the disqualification, and that any new information that you submit will go straight to the waiver authority. This does not mean that you will not be able to get a wavier. This is a tool that DoDMERB uses so the applicants will know that trying to request a rebuttal will not work and that your focus should be on obtaining a waiver instead.

If a waiver is granted by the wavier authority then from a medical standpoint you will be eligible for an appointment to the service academy that granted the wavier.
