notification letter for waiver

Hi,

Is DoDMERB supposed to send a written notification when a waiver is granted? We see the waivers online but have not gotten a letter. One reason I ask is the AROTC scholarship paperwork says she needs the letter even though it says she is 'medically qualified' on another page of the paperwork.

The letter will come from Cadet Command. It may take a week or so as they probably sit on someones desk waiting for a signature.
