Have you looked at the Ticket and Lodging Exchange on west-point.org?
I just looked and there are several requests for tickets to the ND game.
Wouldn't put your offer out on parent-forum though.

Haha -- wouldn't consider it! I called the folks from the ticket exchange site, and all had been able to obtain tickets. Wish folks would take their ads down when they aren't valid anymore -- it was also annoying to wade through dozens of ""need Army/AF tickets" today... Thanks for the suggestion, though. I have a couple of leads, so hopefully I will be able to get them sold.
