I saw a link on the CC page for a consulting firm that has a money back guarantee for getting kids into the academies! They provide services to help you wade through the "sea of paperwork." I am curious: has anyone had any experience with this type of company? The paperwork was significant; but not that bad...I cannot imagine paying someone to tell me to get my paperwork in or who to ask for a recommendation. Just shows there's a market for everything, I guess!

Any company that offers a "money back guarantee for getting kids into the academies!" should raise a red flag as being some kind of scam.

Actually would be curious to read the 'fine print' and see what exactly they claim to guarantee.......

the only problem i had with all my paperwork was to get my guidance councilor to fax one thing with his signature, which he happened to lose 2 times and take 3 months to send.... but I think that if you can't do paperwork for an application, you really should not try to attend an academy for your own sake.
