I am currently applying for the NROTC navy option scholarship, and I have completed my AFA. I scored as follows:

    105 Crunches in 2 minutes
    85 push-ups in 2 minutes
    5:56 mile run.

I know I maxed the pushups and crunches, but I didn’t max the run (max is 5:20). Does anyone know how the AFA is scored (ie out of 300) and what score my times would receive. I’ve done an extensive search and couldn’t find anything, so any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Max scores are 95 situps, 75 pushups, and 5:20 for the mile (for males). I could not find anything either on how the scores are measured. You can look up the Navy PFA scores which are close but the run is a 1.5-mile run.

Those scores are very good. Even though the run is not maxed that is still going to be above average. I saw somewhere the average run was around 6:15 but I can't find where I saw it.
