Hey guys I'm 18 in my senior year and have filled out applications for three ROTC 4 year scholarships. I was just hoping to get your guys opinion on my odds. I know this is a common post but if you don't mind responding I would appreciate it.
OVERALL STATS:
SAT: 1360
WEIGHTED GPA: 96 out of 100
UNWEIGHTED GPA: 90 out of 100
Several AP and honors classes
Aerospace Engineering Major
Student Council
JV and Varsity Ice Hockey
Volunteering/Community Service Club that raises money for mental health (over $3,000 last year)
National Foreign Language Honor Society
National Technical Honor Society
Robotics team
Work three jobs (One is an engineering internship from school)
Going to complete Engineering Program at HS once I graduate HS
1 year of AFJROTC
College Award from the University of Rochester for innovation Technology (Xerox Award)
From New Hampshire and was a New Hampshire Scholar
Attended Norwich University's Future Leadership Camp
NROTC:
The person I had my interview with said it went very well and I did a great job. As for the fitness test I got 6 minutes and 50 seconds for the mile, 102 situps in two minutes and 98 pushups in two minutes.
AFROTC:
I haven't had my interview yet but I got 10 minutes and 50 seconds on the mile and a half, 52 situps in one minute, and 58 pushups in one minute.
AROTC:
I have not done the interview or physical fitness test yet.
If you guys dont mind giving me an estimate on my chances of getting any of these scholarships I would greatly appreciate it.
