I saw some articles that if you tested positive for CV-19 you might be disqualified from enlisting. Does anyone know how that effects ROTC students who have already put in 2-3 years in collage?

I think these plans were pulled back as soon as they were published. I don't think a positive test is a disqualier, I think hospitalization may still be. However I haven't researched this answer.

Yes and see here for more discussion

FALSE: Contracted ROTC students will be evaluated by:

AROTC: Cadet Command Surgeon for a Waiver recommendation and decision by Brigade Commander.

NROTC: BUMED for a Waiver recommendation and decision by NROTC

AFROTC: AF Recruiting Service/Medical Accession Waiver Division for a decision.

They will use criteria designed for those that were NOT hospitalized and those that were on a case-by-case basis.
