For the NROTC scholarship application, are the evaluation forms for your teachers/coaches and counselor emailed to them?

Yes. Make sure to notify your teachers to be on the lookout for the email, and follow-up with them to make sure they were able to submit without any problems. It is important to get your application completed early, before the first board in August.
