NROTC DoDMERB Disqualifications List

Good afternoon all,

I am currently a 4/C MIDN in the NROTC program and I am in a battle with DoDMERB. I am trying to do some research on my disqualifications but I can't seem to find a document that lists all of the disqualifications for DoDMERB. Could someone direct me to a webpage or a document that has all of these? Thank you.
