I know that you have to first pay off your service commitment from the NROTC scholarship before you start being able to claim any GI bill qualification, but how much is it exactly? NROTC Navy option is 5 years. The GI bill requires 90 days active duty, right? So does that mean that you get full GI Bill qualification if you serve for 5 years + 90 days, or 5 years 3 months?
