NROTC Last Minute Questions

I'm heading out for NROTC in a few weeks, and I have a few last minute questions:

1. What is "Proper Civilian Attire" (female)?

2. Do I need to get my hair cut within Navy regulations before I get to campus? I believe hair must be above the collar for females but I am not sure if that is required for NROTC.

I'm not a woman, but I'd say along the lines of what's acceptable for men. Collared shirt (or if it's not collared, that's fine I guess as long as it's not a t-shirt) and pants/modest skirt of some sort. Your main thing is to just be modest, and no over-the-top styles or colors.
