NROTC Marine Corps Option Scholarship Results

You don't need to do a thing. Sit back, relax, and let your unit contact you. If you're anxious you can give them a courtesy call to let them know you are looking forward to participating in their program. You might ask what's next at that time.
Thanks for the info and the quick response, I don’t want to come off as rude but I do have quite a few more checkboxes to hit in the process, sending in my official acceptance letter, ordering uniforms and PT clothing, signing up for NSI, etc. So incredibly excited and honored to be given my dream shot... still doesn’t seem real but I’m not gonna question it for fear of waking up from the dream! Thanks again for the help, really appreciate the info.

Your uniforms should all be issued, although they may want measurements (unless something changed recently). They'll usually issue PT gear too. You'll need good sneaks. They'll send you a letter regarding anything you need to bring when you report.

I believe I’ve received said letter, my unit sent me a rather massive email detailing my NSI process and in that email was a size chart for all the different uniform and PT gear needed. Now sure I understand the fitting chart so I may have to call them, luckily they said I can call with any questions.

Would I just email them with my sizes? How does that part of the process work? I clearly see the size chart but nowhere am I told what exactly to do with said chart. Thanks.

Varies by college. Ask them. Unless it's from Big Navy in which case I have no idea what the process is since it's new. Time to make use of those phone calls. Sometimes Moms can figure out size charts.

Will do sir, I’ll give them a call tomorrow morning. Thanks for the help.

@Flaps
Last year DS went through all the forms and emailed his unit with questions. A day later the unit emailed all the incoming with answers. You won’t be the only one with questions! And you may wish to spare the unit and yourself by asking several questions in one call/email.

You will get an email where they tell you which session you are assigned to and it will also have about seven attachments including release forms you need to fill out and an Excel spreadsheet for uniforms. You will need to go to a tailor to get the measurements done, then fill out the charts and send it back.

I have received that uniform spreadsheet and it seems that it has example number in the boxes. I’m not sure I understand it but I’ll go to a tailor and get measured. Thanks

Definitely gonna have to embarrass myself and call into my unit in regards to it.

DS had same trepidation but clarifying and getting done once is better than the alternative. It may benefit your future mates, too, so...
