This may be a long shot, but here goes.

I have been working on a package for the NROTC Marine Option scholarship and am scheduled to take a PFT this upcoming Thursday. However, I do not know when or where I need to be to take the PFT, none of my emails or phone calls to the officer listed on the application (a Marine Captain) have been answered, and I have been unable to contact anyone else at the office I believe the Captain works at.

Kind of at a loss on what to do, this application is very important to me and I want to try and complete the package as soon as possible in order to be ready for the February board.

This is at RS Denver and any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. I can PM you more details if necessary.

Thanks!

Who did you speak to or get an email from when you scheduled the PFT? I assume it may or may not be the same person on the application. The PFTs are scheduled by a person in an office--not through the application.

You may try the local recruiting station or call the main RS office to get details.

I spoke with the Captain (I believe she is the XO) at RS Denver, I went by the local recruiting station today and no one was there, and I called the main RS office four separate times throughout the day, nobody answered and the mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message.

I appreciate your help, I think I will drive down to the main office in Denver tomorrow to try and sort it out.

Thanks again.

Could be folks are gone for the holidays already and you might have better luck next year. If you have the time driving down won't hurt. Normally the PFT is done at the same time as the officer interview (generally immediately after). Have you done your officer interview?
