This is my first post here after lurking around for a while. I'm reapplying to USNA as a MIDN in NROTC, so I'm applying for the ROTC nomination. Since the nomination is coming from a PNS, I'm not sure if I would still go through the CoC, with my LT advisor, or directly to my PNS for this. Who should I contact first to request for the nomination?
