My DS has applied and been accepted to both VMI and VT. VMI is #1 choice. We are from Texas and both schools are quite expensive for us. The status of the NROTC scholarship states "no decision has been made." This seems really late to me. Does anyone know when the last board met? If we haven't heard anything yet, is it assume that all scholarships have been awarded already?
