In theory, you may hear something after the December board reports out. More practically, when rejection letters go out in February, you are likely to hear whether you moved from alternate to selected. It is hard to say because there are always a lot of last minute applications that come in at the wire on 31 January.I am reboarded to the December board. I could get the results earliest in December rather than February right?
As to the concept of recording, that is a misnomer. Your score is what it is. What happens now is the rest of the scores come in and the list starts to get re-racked. When it becomes clear that a person will remain above the cut line then they are told about their selection status. Or they find out in Feb or March that they did not make it for the season.
