The Navy still needs a lot of Nurses. Even though the amount of Nurse Option Scholarships may not reflect that.
You still have the Navy Nurse Candidate Program (NCP) Route.
You can attend ANY Accredited Nursing School in the USA.
You can apply in January of your Sophmore Year. No NROTC College or Summer commitments with $34,000.00 in Total Compensation.
$10,000.00 When Selected and you sign your Contract, then $1000.00 a month for 2 Years.
Once you graduate with your BSN and Pass your NCLEX you are off to ODS For 5 Weeks and then 5 Years as a Navy Nurse.
If you sign as a Junior it's only a 4 Year Commitment and $24,000.00
